Los Rolling Stones y Foo Fighters se encuentran entre los nominados a los BRIT Awards 2024.
La ceremonia número 44 de los BRIT Awards se llevará a cabo en el O2 de Londres el sábado 2 de marzo y las nominaciones para las 15 categorías se revelaron esta tarde (24 de enero).
11 años después de su última nominación, las leyendas del rock The Rolling Stones han sido nominadas en la categoría Alternative/Rock Act junto a Bring Me The Horizon, Blur, Young Fathers y Yussef Dayes.
Los Stones han sido nominados a un premio BRIT tres veces a lo largo de décadas: Mejor grupo británico en 1977, Mejor vídeo británico por ‘Love is Strong’ en 1995 y Mejor actuación británica en vivo en 2013, pero hasta ahora no han logrado ganar ninguno. .
Por otra parte, Foo Fighters luchará por el premio al Grupo Internacional del Año con Blink-182, Paramore, Boygenius y Gabriels.
Dave Grohl y compañía. Anteriormente ganaron cinco premios BRIT: Mejor Grupo Internacional en 2008, 2012, 2015 y 2018, y Álbum Internacional por ‘Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace’ en 2008.
